Motivation & Co Nottinghamshire provides specialist recreation and motivation classes for the elderly. Our classes are carried out in Nursing and Residential Homes and have been designed to help residents maintain or improve their emotional and physical well-being. Each class lasts ONE hour and includes the following four sections:

 

  • Stimulation and Interaction
  • Chair based exercise
  • Motivation games
  • Relaxation/Music Therapy

Meet Mark and Isobel Warren

 

Mark and Isobel Warren commenced service delivery in the Nottingham area in summer 2006.

 

"We currently deliver this unique service to over 50 Care Homes in the Private, National (Abbeyfields, MHA, Avery etc) and Public Sectors. Our two enthusiastic employees, Ann and Cherie, cover the area with Mark. We are all fully committed to the Motivation and Co ethos and consider that we really do work in partnership with the Care Homes 'to make a difference'. "
