Motivation & Co Dorset provides specialist recreation and motivation classes for the elderly. Our classes are carried out in Nursing and Residential Homes and have been designed to help residents maintain or improve their emotional and physical well-being. Each class lasts ONE hour and includes the following four sections:

 

  • Stimulation and Interaction
  • Chair based exercise
  • Motivation games
  • Relaxation/Music Therapy

Meet Simon Turner

 

Hello, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, my name is Simon Turner and in September 2010 I became the proud owner/operator of the Bournemouth Motivation & Co area. I currently operate in 35 homes in the Bournemouth and surrounding areas providing on average some 70 classes a month. I thoroughly enjoy what I do and I am committed to working very closely with the owners, managers/co-ordinators of all my care homes in offering them this unique service.

 

My aim and ambition is to bring lots of joy and energy to my classes. If you feel that this service may be of interest to your care home, then we are very pleased to offer a demonstration class, which is at a discounted rate. This will allow you to view the structure of the class, meet us and witness for yourselves the amazing responses we can achieve from your residents.
