Physical Motivation Classes for the Elderly
Motivation & Co provides specialist recreation, motivation and exercise classes
for the elderly. Our classes are carried out in nursing and residential homes as
part of the recreational facilities provided for residents by the home.
Our programmes have been designed by a team of qualified professional therapists
and include challenging, stimulating and motivating recreational techniques that
can help residents maintain or improve their emotional and physical well-being.
Excellent Franchise Opportunities
Motivation & Co has been operating since 1997, when from our original base in
Tadcaster we started offering the service in York and the surrounding area. In 2001
we established a pilot franchise in Leeds and in 2002 we opened two further pilots
in Wakefield and York prior to the launch of the franchise in 2003. The UK has potential
to support between 80 and 100 franchise areas.
